Hit 'n' Run
well... last sunday, my car was hit in the front end, at work.... someone backed into it and took a huge chunk of red off the new bumper.... sucks. got the plate number, but the merrillville police aren't really bothering with it...... just like the countys when i had my first accident. real cool!
oh well, it's nothing major, just paint... and more money!

Did you file a report?
Did the police come out and inspect the accident scene?
If not, then you are screwed. If they did, then they will press hit and run charges on the driver if they find evidence on his car. If that happens its a sure fire thing that your car will be covered by the drivers insurance.

you need to put cage on the outside of your car cause your car gets hit more often than a whack-a-mole game
