definately don't have one that large. you could always buy a blaster and use it outside for the rear. They're pretty cheap at home depot, otherwise maybe try LoKo Coatings in worth IL, but they're more of a powdercoat company so who knows? i juse wire wheeled mine and spray bombed it with rustoleum semi-gloss black and was happy with how it came out for a $15 job.

if u want u can bring it over here and use my sand blaster. but has to be done out side.I have a pretty good one. I sandblasted the hole cowl on my chevelle with it.,Don't waste your cash on one of them homedepot ones. The cheap ones that has the gun and a hose they suck. I even bought one of them ones it has the red metal bucket with the hose at the bottom.for like 100 bucks. Took it right back did not work worth a sh.

Its from matco. Its not all that big but will get it done. what i do is take the jar off and i have a hose that goes into a bucket. The thing sucks up so much that it uses it up to fast with that jar thing.

Thanks Jay. I'll order one tomorrow. I didn't realize they were so cheap. I take it this will be very messy to do the rear end. How long do you think it should take me to do the rear?
Thanks for offering yours too. This way, I don't have to lug mine over and inconvenience you.

Very messy. I use to make a little booth out of plastic. But only down side to that is.It gets so dam dusty inside it u can,t really see what u are doing. So i try to do all my sand blasting out side. I did the hole cowl on my chevelle in about 2 hours ( 3 coats of paint) If u have a good compressor i would say about hour or so.What i did was went up to menards and bought that cheap one with the hose and the metal tube. cut the hose inhlf. And hooked it up to that one. That way u don't have to stop to refill it every 5 mins.

Great....thanks. I have a benchtop blaster and I hate it. Same as you just said. It gets so cloudy in there that I have no idea what parts I've missed. I'm ordering that one tomorrow and we'll see what happens. I'd love to do it outside but I don't have any grassy or dirt area where I could....just concrete and I'd imagine that'd be real bad.

I use the sand that menards has.Its a little bit finer than that black beauty. I'll take a pic of how i have mine set up tommrow.Keep in mind that sand blaster does work good. But still takes some time. Also I have a 6hp 60 g comprssor i have to stop every 10 mins or so to let it fill back up.

Here u go. That metal rod part that the hose is hooked up to. I think u need one like that there are 2 tubes in there one sucks up the sand and the other i think is to let air in.

I found a very cheap shop also if anyones interested. I dropped the rear end off to them and they said $45. Imperial wanted $110! I figure I'll let them give it a shot and wait for warmer weather to try my Matco gun. The only hitch with them is that it is usually a 3 week turnaround. I am in no hurry and for what I'm paying....it's a steal! This is waaaaay cheaper than anyone else. I called 6 different places BTW.
