which mirror?
ok i just had an accadint with a tree and my car. just put it this way if my passanger side mirror wasnt there my car would be fine. the mirror got smashed a little and put a dent on my passanger door. does anyone know which mirror side it is that you have to have to be legal? ive seen cars like old school ones with just one mirror and i dont remember what side it was. im thinking about getting rid of the passanger one side it pisses me off.

Well if you want to drive around with a hole in the door where the mirror was, that’s up to you. The only cars that did not have passenger side mirrors were old cars that at the time did not have the same safety standards like they do today. Personally missing a mirror looks like poo. LOL I can say that because my White IROC had its driver’s side mirror missing when I bought it, but later found it in the trunk.

If you'd go to the trouble of bondoing your mirror hole; please fix it. Hell, hit the junk yard and pick a "new" one up and get that painted with the car.

What does painting have to do with fixing it for the time being.
