moving top Utah, need info on smog cert
hi all, im moving to Utah in about a month.. i need some info on what is smog legal and what is not.. i was going to do the LT1 intake swap, but im not sure if i can since it wont have the EGR. I will have smog legal headers and a cat, smog pump, ect.
anyone with any info that can help me would be great. thanks again.
