Re: parting my iroc-z out totalled out burnt to a crisp

to be honest im not to sure went to the gas station on the way home flames under the hood i didnt smell fuel but somthin let go ignited and fire department took a good 20 30 min when it was maybe a 3 min drive i wasnt able to put it out i had enough time to run to my buddies come back but after the flames got inside it was over water hose wasnt doin it and once the inside went up i had to give myself distance since there was a nitrous bottle in the car sounded like a jet when the bottle went i was able to get a way with a couple burns and walk away from it all but i will be building another car

I'll take the K-member, A-arms, & Greg Welds. PM me for the $$

Fawk dude. So am I reading that right, you had flames in the engine bay and you kept driving to your house? I guess there's nothing you could do without a fire extinguisher on the side of the road. I know I'll be carrying one for sure now.

Is the brand new Miniram salvageable??? Man it hurts to look at those pics.

I'm really sorry for your loss, but at the same time I am glad we didn't lose the driver. That would have been worse. Would you be willing to part with the wheels? If so, how much?

Re: parting my iroc-z out totalled out burnt to a crisp

This whole situation sounds like when Ellen's trans am went up in flames about 4 years ago. Flames started under the hood, right at the firewall. Only thing we could do was get her out of the car and watch it burn, as the fire department took over 20 minutes to get to our location. Car was a total loss, but at least no one was hurt. Glad to hear you didn't get hurt either.

Re: parting my iroc-z out totalled out burnt to a crisp

Since no one else is joking around.. here goes,

Thats one way to eliminate the competition.

Where you letting Porkyzilla tune your engine with a cigarette?

Hopefully Tyrell doesn't have you help him installing his intake.

If only it could have been Jessies Camaro & not yours.

sorry, it had to be done, anything I can do to help, just ask.
Ive got hella extra parts to kick down. full bottle, seats, flexplate, steelbraided n02 lines, fuel lines, etc etc, Just gimme a call.
maybe I can get Bennie to kick in a 3rd gen car, hes got 2 or 3.
