Hey guys, check out my new gear box!
Just got it put in this week along with a brand new pitman arm. Got it from Summit, $330, the pitman arm is GM, my price was $70. The gear box is 12:1 fast ratio, I love it. What do you guys think? Check out the link below for pics.

I think mine is 2 1/2 turns lock-to-lock but I do know I like it any slight movement of the wheel and the car responds

Vin, AGR part number is: 225153.
Terrell, not really sure how many turns lock-lock it is, I would guess about 2. I will try it out later today and let you know. I do know it's the fastest ratio you can get for street. I know it's faster then my stock box, I love it. Has much better response and feel, especially in the turns.

Check out my new centerlink too, it's from Summit $70. The brand is Moog. My old one is so bad, the joint that goes to the pitman arm has a lot of play and wiggles around. Eventually it will not hold together, plus the steering still has some play in it, new part should take care of this.

Actually I have not done the centerlink yet. I don't have the rest of the front end parts. In a few weeks or so I should have everything ordered and ready to be put in, idler arm, tie rods, etc. all from Moog. This way once it's all in I only have to align the car once. The pitman arm and gear box only took about 45min. or so, my brother did it for me.

Ya, Summit is the only way to go. Plus it seems like every time I order something they also send me a $10-$20 coupon off torwards my next purchase, maybe that's because I am a new customer, not really sure though, but I will take it.

Terrell, my new gear box must be the same as the Iroc ones, it's 2.5 turns lock-lock. Either way it's faster than my stock crap, and no more leaks.
