Well Aaron and I both showed up, dispite us working for close to 4 hours earlier that day to get my ignition system put in. Also believe it or not Tim showed up. Tim finally got himself a new hood for his car. I drug along a friend of mine and his gf with his 94 GT Mustang. It was good to see Tim for the first time in a year almost. We didn't get anything talked about in regards to a meet this Spring, so we will probably have to do that over the boards instead. Mike was going to try to make it out but couldn't, apparently he wrecked his z28 last weekend.

As for our proposed meet, I'm thinking the end of March or early April would be a great time to get together, have a BBQ, take a nice drive up into the Sierras or foothills, and get some of the Central Coast guys over to attend it. But we can't pull this off with only 3 or 4 guys attending. It would basically have to be all of us, Me, Aaron, Sammy, Tim, Mike & his Dad, Nick (who we met at Central/99), and who ever else we can gather into our group by that time. So I need some feedback from you guys as to when might be a good date for you guys to try and get off work. It would be like a Saturday or Sunday, none of this midweek crap. Pretty much the dates I feel would be the best to work with would be, March 27 & 28, April 3 & 4, April 10 & 11, or April 17 & 18. Just pick a weekend that is good, and we will all try to get it off. Then we can start the planning and talking to the coast crew. Feedback please guys.

Had a great time last night with everyone. Wish I didn't live so far away, it's about a 2.5 hour drive each way, about 170 miles each way. I will try to come out as much as possible, more often during the summer of course. I will see you guys again during the spring GTG for sure, can't hardly wait. Maybe by then I can do something to my cease-fire to actually keep up with you guys.

Just wondering if he was going to post that on this website or not, and where if he was? I think I heard him say he was going to post it on the south f-body association website, not sure though. Btw, I finally got a timing light and checked the timing after the distributor swap. Turns out, i was advanced quite a bit... like off the scale. I retarded my timing quite a bit. I still get some pinging when it's cold, but it's mostly gone when it's warm. I may need to retard the timing some more. Ryan, I need to run against your car to see where I'm at! lol Your car is my standard!

Anyways, if I'm in town, I'll come out on the 21st.

Still not sure if I am going to come down or not. My b-day is on thursday and my family is having a gtg for me on saturday evening. So if I can get away in time I am going to come down. I would be up to meeting at another place first and then rolling in with all the thirdgens. Just let me know where and when. Hey guys...good to hear you guys might be coming down again. Not sure what is going on for me Saturday...not sure if I will have to work or not...should know by tomorrow though. Meeting up at a place first sounds good. We never usually have enough guys to roll in with, but in this case we just might. Personally I'd just meet up a the Denny's right there at Jensen/99, like 1 1/2 miles north of Central. It's an easy spot where everyone can converge on from where they live. Let me know what you guys think.
