Re: CT, NY, NJ shops
My best friend lives in the Windsor area and just had a really good experience with a shop up there. I know that's a hike for you, but if you're interested, I can get the info...

Eastwood Machine- 860-749-2903
I don't have any detailed info, but I know that the guy treated my friend well. It was on a race Neon engine...
I was also given another name by another racer that runs GT1 Mustangs- Precision Machine- but I don't have any other info. He uses them for his 750hp thumpers...

Re: CT, NY, NJ shops
if you haven't decided yet call my friend's shop. he has an excellent engine builder. used to work for CarTech but has had his own shop for some years now. My friend at any given time, has three-five engines built there. yes, i'm serious. The number to the shop is 732-349-7800 (Tune Time Performance) the owner's name is Matt Hauffe (very good friend). He also has an AWD mustang, load bearing Dyno.. SLP is 5 minutes form the shop and they work together on some things. Ask SLP about his shop they are tight. Or you could always go to SLP (but you will pay big $$$$$ for the type of stuff you're talking about lol).. best of luck. Google, youtube, whatever you want.. Tune Time's reputation speaks for itself.
