Re: Fellow Long Islanders.

What's up. Hard to believe our cars are so scarce here now. Dime a dozen not to long ago it seems. I flew in today, but am flying back out shortly. I'd never have my car back up here where it was originally shipped to the Westbury dealer back in 85, but I'd look to shoot he breeze with y'all next time I'm in town. I visit Huntington where I still have family.

Re: Fellow Long Islanders.

I had a '86 Camaro 2.8 for many years. Sold it 2 years ago. I have parts maybe you guys need...
Complete 700R4 minus VSS. It has 60k miles and was owned by a female (original owner).
'86 2.8 motor apart in a crate. Minus block & crank. Everything is there.
I got the car with 60k because the engine was bad, the intake gaskets went bad and leaked anti-freeze in the motor. I got a complete engine & tranny and put them in.

Anyway $200 firm for all, I'm in Massapequa

Re: Fellow Long Islanders.

North Babylon here. I have a 1987 IROC Z Conv. 5sp and also 1992 Z conv. 5sp. When the weather gets a little warmer we do a monday night cruise night at Richies Pizza, Commack rd in Deer Park. The Long Island Camaro Club meets there also on the first monday of every month.
