not really suttin that pertains to these forums :P And torrenting is illegal. so if 'someone' saw any1 giving advice how to find torrents etc forums could be sited for ilelgal activity and shut down

besides, torrents arent illegal, just a method by which to transfer files; however the distribution of certain media may be illegal no matter how you copy it. you may as well say burning CD's is illegal, or Radio is illegal. regardless, what rules apply to such a situation internationally?
