NyThirdGen are currently working together to try and create a statewide meet at Cooperstown, which is pretty much smack dab in the middle

 

That sounds good, long island is way to far to go for me, but I would love to attend a few meets.

 

Yea i've made it to all of the 4th of July events with NYThirdGen, they are a blast if anyone up here can make it.

Do you drive a white bird? I have seen one on I-86 and Rt. 15 a few times.

 

North Syracuse here. Just picked up an 86 z28 this past friday. Runs and drives pretty well, but definitely needs some work. Gonna get some "before" pics up soon I hope and try to keep the "in process" stuff reasonably up to date as the new toy progresses. Happy to hook up in the area to give or receive a lil help now n then, or just fire up the Q when weather turns decent. Might even try to make future meets if i can get her "meet-ready" reasonably quickly.

 

nope i just picked it up its in primer and thats fading off its due for a new paint job and i either need to rebuild the carb on it or find a new one

Same here. Been trying to get Shammoo back on the road after changing a head gasket on the even cyl side. hard to get enthusiasm going in snow and 30* outside.

Ned to reset base timing and minimum air again.

 

I'd like to hang out with you guys soon, so drop me a PM when you intend to get together. Although the car isn't an F-body, the powerplant is (when it actually produces power once in a while)

I drive a highly modded TPI pwered 400 block in a 1993 Caprice wagon.

Frankly, I could use some help from anyone close by with sone programming and tuning insight. Once again a PM would help to share phone numbers etc.

Hi all Plattsburgh NY here 27 mi. from Canadian border. Just picked up a 86 iroc-z going to put 383 in it with true duels. looking at a Smeding Performance engine.

 

My son's iroc is yellow with checkered painted graphics down the side, black powdercoated iroc wheels. It is a little different but hell he is almost 17 so what are you going to do. Mine is white, t-tops, chrome iroc wheels and beautiful. Hitting the pavement with about 360bwhp. Fun stuff. Is it summer yet?
