I am not sure if the louvers fit or not, they have recess in same shape as your luuvers - they were never a functional hood... Just looks..
Keeps the factory look, lighter than stock steel.. Figured if you wanted to ruin a hood you may wanna try that one.. I really just want it out of my garage. It should not loose any over your hood, mY Camaro had factory v6 hood when I switched to that.. The air cleaner seemed to hit the same on both and I think moreso on the V6 hood.. T-5 days till 12bolt

I got some pretty bad pains and aches. We'll see what happens, but at least I am in one piece.

unfortunately, my camaro won't be ready by then so no-go. May show up in something else though if it is a nice day and others are going.

Body shop says car will be in primer by Friday. Then paint asap.

Re: PIttsburgh

Still waiting on things to get done. Wont be long once i get the motor/trans/fuel system But those are some important items without them i'm stuck sitting here wishing i was driving

Good news is the T56 is sold and I used that money to buy my fuel system.Dual intake pumps and feed lines to rails. Good deal there, just gonna be around 2 weeks or so till all that comes in and I go to pick it up

Re: PIttsburgh

Got a door today!! Time to move forward!!!

If you guys need parts, make sure to try this Feezle Auto Wreckers. I counted 37 3rd and 4th gen F-bodies, about 12 2nd gens and 1 first gen, along with 3 entire rows of JUST mustangs, and any passenger car you can think of. He is just over the Ohio boarder. His prices are not dirt cheap, but they are in line, and he they have everything inventoried on his computer (he told me a car # that had the best door in the yard, low and behold, it had the best door in the yard. Had a similar experience with the window regulator I needed for our mustang).

im hoping to have it on the road by July 1st. That's my current goal.

edit: i also may have found a T56 I can sit on for awhile.

Well they werent high enough to shoo us away

The car we got the door off had to be a fresh corpse. It was really funny. I was sitting inside taking the inner panel off to get at the hinge bolts, and my dad tells me to look at the headliner. The dome light was on... Put the key in it and the dang thing has juice lol. I was half tempted to see if it started, since you could tell the car was drove into its current resting spot

Feezle is a great yard to get parts! I been there many times myself. There prices have gone up though, they used to be very cheap. How much did you pay for the door?

you know where trax farm is down in finleyville right next to the snow zone?? There is a big empty parking lot next to the snow zone that usually pulls 40-100 cars id guess. A nice small cruise with some nice cars.

I'll be there, I've been there the last two weeks. I don't put mine in the cruise though cause my car has some cosmetic issues.

What he said. The first cruise this year had about 2000 cars. Maybe more.

To the best of my knowledge it was the former site of the Starlite drive-in. As drive-ins go there were of course alot of cars/car cruises there. Just kind of carrying on a tradition. At least thats what i was told. Not being from the area or old enough to remember i'll take their word for it.

Re: PIttsburgh

Could anyone give me a location on that Feezles wrecking yard? I need interior stuff bad! Oh, also my buddy who owns a body shop is looking to buy a roller t top camaro. He just needs the back half and roof. Someone brought in a 55k original 5.7 t top that got hit pretty hard in the rear. Car is super clean so he's trying to save it. Thanks Brothers!!

Dont know the address but the phone number is 724-336-5512. If you take 51 toward ohio(i think it turns into 14 when you cross the line) and follow the signs on the right hand side telling you where to turn. Hope that helps. You actually go into ohio and back into pa. Its close to the line.
