Super Chevy Show at Maple Grove Raceway
It's July 21,22, and 23 if anyone is interested in going. I'll be there Saturday most likely rain or shine. I wont be bringing any of the thirdgens though. My dad and I are taking a 99 Corvette raffle car for the Corvette Club of Delaware Valley. Trust me, you can't miss it. If anyone else is going and would like to meet up, we will probably be at the raffle car every top of the hour to sell tickets.

The show on saturday was pretty good considering the forecast called for rain all day. And it goes to show how much knowledge weathermen have because it didn't rain a drop while we were there. It was a decent turnout of cars but I guess most will go Sunday when it's going to be nicer.
The thirdgen turnout was kind of dissapointing. There were three that I saw: the nicest being a 92 RS vert. with 76k on the ticker. It was in really nice shape.
There were five thirdgens for sale.
89 Iroc 5.7L Black
86 Z28 Black LG4/Auto with 23k miles ($7,999 is anyone is interested I have the guy's phone number)
"87" beater Camaro with a 5.7L but it had all the signs of it being a 82-84 SC
86 Camaro beater
91 Firebird with a 3.1L/Auto for $1,600
There were a few racing but not all that many. Most were prostreet cars that ran 9s and 10s. One thirdgen 85-87 Z28( I'm guessing because it was yellow) crashed on it's run. Must have blew a tire or something about 200 ft. into the run. I didn't see what caused it to go into the wall but it went sideways, over corrected and put the pass. fender into the wall. From what I saw it tore up the fender, hood, door, and the wheel flew off. He coasted down the track and got out under his own power so thats a really good thing. Well its been a long day and i'm going to bed.
