Car: '89 RS Convertible
Engine: 355
Transmission: 700R4
Anybody know of any dynos on LI?
The motors done and in....the paint's going on this week...then its off to the tranny shop, and back to the garage for final tweaking. With any luck, I'll have the convertible done just in time to store it away for the winter 
. We're guessing somewhere around 260 HP from the engine....but I want to find out for sure. Does anyone know of any dynos on Long Island? I'm in Suffolk County, so anywhere here or in Nassau where I can roll this thing up and find out what I've got.

Dude I am going out to LI tomorrow the 4th to Setaucket to pick my car up. I'll ask my pops and my cousin Jay who is always going to the dyno to tune his 78 Z28 the last time he dynoed it it was just over 700 to the engine. I'll ask him and get back to you. Where are you in LI maybe one day when I am out there we could meet up. My pops lives in Huntington right by the highschool. and if you know where that is there is a red 1970 RS camaro sitting in his neighbos that is mine

Thanks for the help...hope you got your car ok. I'm down on the South Shore..about 40 minutes from Huntington. Somebody told me they think there's a guy in Centereach with one.. I think there might be another in Deer Park. Both of those are kind of in the middle between me and Huntington. My car's still getting painted, so there's no big rush. I'm just curious to see what I've got.
