any tpi tuners near st louis
Probably going to start work on my car again and Will be needing someone to tune my super rammed 383.

My buddy has the same issue..... He had a chip burnt from some company out of Texas?? ran the tune for a month then checked the timing and found it to be at 42' advanced!!! multiple better choices out there than the OBD1 system used on the TPI, If I recall properly you can use a 96-97?? Chevy truck ECM and computer....Blue and white connectors???? on the batch firing TPI system . You need to eliminate the VATS system and BINGO!!! OBDII witn the TPI.

I used a company when I lived there. It was based out of Festus and was called Redline Performance Motorsports. Tim, one of their associates there did a wide band tune on my car after I had a bigger cam installed and did a wonderful job.
I don't know if Redline Performance is still in business. But Tim is a member on here, goes by the user name 11sorbust. You maybe able to contact him and see if he can help you.

Yeah I don't think Tim is around much any more.
Redline is now CBI and further south since Andy quit a long time ago.

I was just going to say Redline was 8n Festus & did some work on my car (lowering springs I bought from you & other stuff) but their hours were down to two days a week & have not seen anything going on there. I think they are done. When you find someone let me know. There is a guy off Hampton who does work like that but I don't have his info, I'd have to call a buddy & get it.

Anyone find anything out? I Have a mail order tune and its not exactly the best. Still looking for a decent tune

That's what worries me about doing a tpi setup on this 91 RS. Seems nobody has the software for this old of technology hear in St Louis.
