Try Callear: Callear Autos & Parts, 3719 W. Farmington Rd, Peoria IL, 61604 (309-676-6254). I haven't been there in about 2 months but he still had a 91 RS and a mid 80's Sport Coupe as well as a third gen Pontiac. He MIGHT even still have the one with the 4 banger in it...I'd never even seen one of those until January. The only other place I heard around here (Peoria) is ACT but the old guy who runs it never seems to know if he has any out in the yard and you may spend a couple hours searching as I did last spring...lol

Re: Any good junkyards in Illinois?
I don't know if this helps but, there is a yard in Preemption, IL that has a red RS sitting there almost complete.
It's one of those places that seem to be ran like a hobby and not a business. Really cool place with a lot of old iron hidden in weeds.
I go there sometimes just to see what he has. I asked him about the RS and he said he would sell all the front sheet metal, hood, bumper and both doors for $300. That should give you an idea of the kind of prices he charges.
I don't know about the headliner or mirror, though. If you're not in a real big hurry I could check it out for you this weekend. That'll give me an excuse to go look around again...
Anyway, it's probably 1.5-2.0 hours from Peoria. If you want to know more I can get you an address or phone#.

There are some good ones down in Madison by St. Louis. I believe it was called Speedway...It is right across the road from Gateway Int. Raceway.
