Id like to stay there but being on 118th street would suck. I am just gonna go with the comfort in.
Is there any hotels that was on 20th or lower street that have serious parking?

I was gonna do double rooms so theres 3 sleeping per room unless someone wants to sleep on the floor. I rather sleep alone in my bed lol.
At 3 people a room it will be 150$ a person...and if we can get linked rooms with a door that would rock... well I got 4 guys so far need 6.... I guess you will be number 5. Anyone else wanna stay with us? Not sure if we can link more then 2 rooms. Anyone wanna call and find out?

Its 150$ for the hole 4 days. Thurs - Sunday
I want to be on a low street because I dont have to take a bus early as hell in the morning to see the parade or for the 400 times i got to the boardwalk.
Plus if you want to just chill by the road to watch the cars crusing its nice.

When is everbody planning to go down? I would like to drive down w/ someone else in case of car troubles. I can try to get off thurs., Fri., and Sat. But I might only get Fri. and Sat. off, or maybe just Sat. off. I won't know for sure until the begining of May. As for the rooms, I smoke, but I can deal with going outside.

Ok I will be making the reservations at the Quality Inn Boardwall A.K.A. The Third Gen Hotel lol.
I have to make a first night deposit. They do have connected rooms so I am snaggin two myself with the 3 other guys.
I suggest everyone else should call up and reserve when they can.
Guys staying in the two connected rooms bringing cars are as follows:
-Mike (Me)
-Shlomo
-Chris
-Terry
Who else will be staying at the hotel?
I knowa buddy of mine Jimmy, Adam, and Adams friend will be going. All third gen owners.
Makes 7 guys staying there so far.... anyone else?

OK. I'll get a 15 passenger van from work. Then we can all load up and drive down. We might as well stay the whole weekend, so get the air matresses from wall-mart. Then after dark, we can load up in the van and go Bar Hopping.
Day 2 will be very productive with all us being hung over.

Also on another note if someone needs help just post a thread in the local forum here. Then we can schedule plans there. I am always willing to help a third gen owner for free as long as I am off work even ifit means driving two hours
But from past experiances people really do talk and not take action. I am not pointing fingers at anyone. I am just saying that everyone right now is gonna say O yea I will be there but only 1 or 2 will actualy show or take action on it. Don't beleive me ask adam about his transmission or steve about his sub frame connecters.
Again I am NOT pointing fingers. I just feel us third gen owners really have to take action and help each other out just not say it.
Sorry for rambling but it really is becomming a problem.

Ok tommorow I am going to pick up my 3.42 4th gen posi disc rear which just hapopened to be in the ocean city area. I am gonna stop down there and check out the hotel and maybe even see if there is a better hotel with a garage or what not.
Well only two things left for me to do before the event. Install the transgo next to my bed and f inish my exhaust.
Anyone else have specific items to get done by then?

Car: Pair of 92 Z28s
Sub frame connectors / springs / shift-kit
and other then those few items i can install the rest myself...
Rims...in the process or stripping and still gotta order tires
Spohn LCAs, Panhard
TDS Wonderbar
New Inner and outter tie rod
Paint sway bars and put new bushing in
2 1/16 gauges
New rotors/pads
Finish undercoating/paint fenderwells
Thats my list of crap that needs to get on the car. My plan is to have it all done before the O.C car show.
Whens someone gotta weekend to help install the sfcs and maybe a few other things if theres time.
