by far one of the most fun events ive been to. I go every spring and fall and i actually have a car to go in now!
but for the killer
this year i will miss it for my brothers graduation.....
theres a slight chance i may drive to richmond and back up to OC in time by saturday but i dunno.
If we get some people together thatd be sweet

I may ride down for the day... but it sucks its only 76 and older . I wouldnt want to park just anywhere and have some *** bang my car up. at least when your in a show everyone there has respect for your car and theres and wouldnt think of banging into your doors..

Hey Paul dont worry about the year of your car. There are so many different cars and years down there. It is a great time. You definately need to get a hotel to really enjoy. Then you can just hang out and enjoy it. Crusin around gets pretty difficult becaus it is so crowded. But I gaurantee once you go to this event you will go every year. The only problem is that it seems like the cops are getting worse each year. Last year I got two tickets within the first two hours of getting there.

I can probably make this one -- my car's not old enough either, but it would be great just to look around and to be near the Ocean too!

it really is such a fun event.
Theres little car events and meets all up and down the strip then everyone goes to hooters at night. Really is lots of fun...
Cops are horrible u see people get nailed all the time. Just keep the speed down and try not to break ur tires too much and they wont hassle you.
My parents have a condo on like 60th street and its just so much fun sitting on the balcony (sp?) all night watching cars go from stoplights and what not.
anyway...like i said im not sure if im gonna make it this year...but i sure do hope so ill find out as the event gets closer if im gonna go down for a day or 2. We can plan something out if a few people go.

oh ya another thing traffic does seem to get bad friday and saturday night...
but in the mornings its really fun to just cruise...
I like the fall event for that reason alone not nearly as much traffic and still tons of cool cars
