Nice car man, reminds me alot of nice, but I have all Carmine, wish I had the 2 tone seats. I also want that spoiler as my rubber wrap around is shot and like the looks of your spoiler better.

That is one clean car especially for here in NY. Love the color combo and good call on the interior swap. Any chance you still have the gray stuff?

Nice car my friend! Only thing id do is wet sand those tail lights with 2000+ and then buff them with 3m Plastic cleaner and then 3m Plasic polish. Or you can skip the wet sanding and just do the polish. It really helped mine. They looked like yours before then after wetsand and buffing, this was the result

Re: Finally got her! 1986 T/A
I think 86 might have been a transition year as I see some with the straight spoiler and some with the wrap around found on the later cars. Or maybe it was an option in 86. Either way I like the look of the straight one over the wrap around.

I agree 86 is supposed to be the first wrap around year but I have seen all original TAs from 86 with the 3rd brake light on the glass with the straight spoiler like this one.

Sorry, but the 86 TA was the first year for the wrap around spoiler. And it was standard on them. And it also was the 1st for the 3rd.brake light.

1985 was the debut of the wrap around spoiler. It came with the restyle of '85.
In 1986, the 3rd brake light was mandated.

I like both spoilers but I like the straight one I have now better. I think it looks cleaner and isn't going to crack and become shitty

Yea I see it,Sorry about that.Iv'e never seen a 85 TA with that spoiler or a 86 TA with the straight one in this neck of the woods,It must have been an expensive option for 85

Yeah probably a few extra bucks but it originally had the wrap around but it was garbage. I kinda like these better so I just threw it on cuz I didn't wanna go spoilerless
