My '85 Trans Am, back on the road
I bought my '85 Trans Am in '99 when I was 16 for $1500 w/ 63k miles. Every few years I scrape up enough to fix anything that I've been putting off and upgrade it in some way. Paint, interior, brakes, tires, stereo all redone since I've owned it.
When I put my Trans Am in storage I never thought it would be 5 years before I drove her again. After a couple weekends of much needed maintenance tho and she was ready to move from storage to her new home at our apartments. She now has 99,900 miles and fires right up, inspires shock and/or awe in young children and, I must say, looks damn sexy in almost any situation or lighting.
It's good to have her back!

That last couple are of my 7 month old son, Cody Danger Jones. I promised him the car when he turns 16 and he took his first ride in it yesterday and loved it.

Everything has it's time and place. I think it's the beginning of that for the third gens and all of us that have been waiting.
