restoring a 1991 firebird

I have a 1991 firebird i am planning to restore this winter. For now Ive replaced every panel door and hood to be able to drive it in primer this summer. i just wanted to get some opinions and maybe some advice.
The car was originally green but i plan to paint it bomber blue metallic

The car has a 305, but i have a 350 out of a 1995 Chevy half ton.
i plan on doing a stock rebuild on the rotating assembly. i want to make 400hp at the crank. here is the build list.

dart pro 1 aluminum heads 64cc combustion chamber int.230cc exh 75cc
Holley projection intake. idle -6000
i plan on the compression ratio being between 9.0 and 10.0
with flowtech shorty headers
Can someone please recommend a cam for this set up. i want it to just be able to leave a hint of the power at idle.
i also want to be able to keep fuel injection, but if i have to part with it than i will. i have 2 holley carbs, a 850 double pumper, and a 750 with vacum secondaries.
and do you think i can make 400hp at the crank, and if not what would you recommend changing
i also plan on replacing the t5, for a t56 out of a 4th gen, and adding 3.42 posi gears, and a hooker aero chamber exhaust.
what do you think this set up would run in the 1/4?

Sick paint!!! Looks similar to the chevy truck metallic blue...Dont know about the flowtech headers just because their known to bend flanges easily...other than that looks like you have a nice setup and to-do-list

thanks for your input. i bought the car for a steal at 400 with a 305 and a 5 speed with only 120,000k. its an amazing first car, i'm working on spraying it in primer so i can actually drive it around. ill post some pictures of it soon. im defintaly going to be busy with it this winter. But thats okay with me because i never get tired on working on my vehicles.
