Re: Post your firebird pics
Technically those handles should bolt in with no hassle. Chrome handles that drop in can be found on many GM cars from the 70's/80s in the junk yard. Look on older cavaliers , caprice , etc.

Re: Post your firebird pics
guess i should have been more specific, yes its only two bolts holding them on, the pain is getting to them behind the lower part of the window that sits in front of them ( even with window up) they are also above the inner metal of the door, but then again im no mechanic so everything ive done is a first time learn as you go thing

Nice car JohnC9909 Has bunch of things done nicely I have been wanting to try on my car. I love the hood. I was going to remove my front plate holder but the painter boned me. Of course I think the color is awsome.

Some upgrades: BMR Strut tower & wonder bar plus some chrome valve covers, and finally found a decent shift plate w/ boot!!! Just had to make the cuts for the power windows

Re: Post your firebird pics
UPDATE: My '86 T/A is finally running! There are still some tuning issues to deal with, but she runs strong! The only new pic I have is from my buddy's cell phone (kinda crappy). I need to swap the T/A and Camaro wheels back to the correct cars!

Re: Post your firebird pics
Yeah, the 'Maro was my daily driver for a while but the 'Bird (which didn't have an engine at the time) had better tires so I swapped 'em. They'll both look better once I swap 'em back!

My 1990 Firebird Formula. 100% original. Picked it up for $3200 last July, saved it from being destroyed in the cash for clunkers program. Owner was nice and lowered the price because he wanted it to be saved too.
