Agreed!! Only reason mine is on is that the p/o parked too close to his house and smashed up the front.. The bra holds it all together.. Aint fixed it yet cause id rather have it run right before it looks good..

Nice...should be a screamer! With that setup you've got to be close to a 9 second pass.

 

It will run 9s easy on spray. I've done a bit of weight reduction.

Wow!! That's one of the best leather seat swaps I think I've seen in a while! Do you have an exact product name for those? That is exactly what I have been looking for to replace my stock upholstery in my '87 TA!

 

My Trans Am to Firebird conversion, used to have ground effects but I can't find a picture of when I got it!

I like the paint! But any reason you wanted a base looking firebird over a trans am?? Thats got me a bit confused lol.

 

I dont really know haha, I know I liked the curve of the body without the gfx, I guess I just kind of prefer a car that isn't as low, and where the wheels (front AND back) stick out some.

 

Ahhh ok...I was just curious. I love the look of the trans ams with the ground effects, but the formulas are pretty sexy cars too. They look sleek without the ground effects. Nice looking car!

 

off topic but anyone got a clue what member has an ls1 swapped thirdgen bird with 3.08 gears in the back, i need to talk to him but i cant find him.
also i have an odd atraction to that green i dont think you could pull that color off in any other way that how you did it

 

Yeah, I realize now that I do like them with and without the gfx, but I think I prefer it this way. Haha I have no idea, but thanks.

Just finished my GTA Suspension and brakes make-over. Haven't got any real good shots yet (too dark tonight), but here's a few teasers:







Hotchkis Lowering Springs, 18" BMW M-Parallel Rims, Koni Yellows, C5 Vette Brakes up front, 4th Gen PBRs out back, and a full suspension rebuild. Thought it turned out pretty nice. I'll have some better shots up soon.
