I got this bird last fall in pretty beat on condition for $900. I cleaned it up and drove it for a month before i put it away fo the winter. I pulled it out this spring and did a little touch up work to it. New magnaflow cat back, rear brake job, a tie rod end, used front tire and some seats from an '85 w/ some covers. Just put in a mint tape deck w/ equalizer w/ a new pod, infinity rear speakers. Sounds great with '80s metal cassettes i got on ebay
This is where I'll stop until I finish another project in the garage and bring this in for full restomod.
Best money i ever spent.

Oh, and thanks for the interior door handle!(1A auto) Nice to be able to get out of the car!
The previous owner certainly could have got more for this if they had just taken enough time to just clean it. I forgot to take pics of the interior when i got it. It was disgusting. All four seats were ruined by weather or 300lb owners and it looked liked they just kept it outside w/ the tops off all summer. They also thought it wasnt running well when all it needed was to have the elec choke wire hooked up properly.
I actually thought i was going to look at just a reg firebird that i was going to beat on. I had to conceal my glee when i saw it and realized it was a t-top trans am w/ manual tranny! Exactly the car I've always wanted! i really had to put on a show of being only mildly interested to get such a deal.
