My new wheels for my 88 GTA

Here are some pics of the wheels I got today for my GTA. They are 18 x 8 Showwheels Streeters, it is an Aussie company and atm they are not exporting, so mine is the only Third-gen in the world with these wheels atm (there is a 4th gen T/A, but they don't count, do they )

Re: My new wheels for my 88 GTA

Yeah they do look at lot like TTIIs, just with a smoother rim and longer spokes. Heaps more brake clearance too, plenty of room for the C5 setup I have planned. They cost me $1400 plus tyres, but ***** pretty expensive over here, so that was a good price, I would have payed the same for TTIIs.

Re: My new wheels for my 88 GTA

They look great, I wasn't sure what they'd look like on a third gen. I've been looking at them on ebay and I'm really tempted to get some for my '92 Camaro RS. I think I'd go with the grey ones maybe 18" £710 with £155 shipping to the UK.

Re: My new wheels for my 88 GTA

I am really happy with them, they clear my C5 brakes and the quality is great. They didn't have the grey when I got mine but mine are 18 x 8. Mine were the first set to go on a third-gen (I do know of one other one now), and they do fit really nicely

Cheers mate, I have sportline springs in it and the wheels are 18 x 8 with a 0 offset (4 inch backspace I think). Glad you like it

They're the same front and rear, it must just be the angle of the photo because there is plenty of dish front and rear.
