Dude that is a pretty clean looking car! Sometimes I like that hood, and others I don't... I'm thinking I don't like it on this one. Probably the black in the "scoop" area of it. Other than that it look pretty Tittez! and I would rock it as a daily driver too!

Re: Got me a 91 Z28
It's a Nice hood but it reminds me too much of the '71 '72 '73 Mustang Dual scoop hood. And mustang and Camaro don't Mix unless its a Brawl. And thats why I won't put it on mine.

But this Hood reminds me too much of Mustang Foxbody, it looks weird to me on Camaro.

If you sell the hood that you currently have that will help offset the cost of getting a new hood then having it painted to match your car.
Very sharp looking Z28!

Re: Got me a 91 Z28
The hood grew on me. I am going to keep it. I have other things planned hood is now last on my list. Currently I have a steering wheel on its way. God my boss wheels, also new front marker lights and full spohn suspension is in my basement waiting to go on. Car will look different next year. The hood will be repainted with 1 dark grey stripe that will offset the ugly louvers. Should make it look allot better.
Also taking the magnaflow exhaust off and going with a single 3 inch 40 series flowmaster with no tip.

Re: Got me a 91 Z28
What size did you go with on those BOSS 338's? Looks like a 20" rear from the pic.
Those wheels will look so much nicer than the ultra shiny mustang wheels. I also think that instead of a black stripe you might try and match the shade of the wheel centers and use that to tie it all together. I think it would look sharp.

Super nice car man, I don't hate the hood, but would never go out and buy it. I think it's going to look much better with the new wheels. Got any pix of your other cars?

Re: Got me a 91 Z28
The hood is getting a stripe on it the same color and mat finish as the wheels. Also the interior is grey and in perfect condition. Just waiting to get the steering wheel installed before pics. The wheels are 18x8 and 18x9.5 338's.
here are some of my other toys as requested

I like the hood myself. The whole car is sweet!! I've never been too keen on the wings on the back though....and yeah, I know they came that way.
Those wheels will kick it up a notch!

Awesome, looks mint! I'd lose the hood though. Can't wait to see it with the new wheels. They look a lot better.

Re: Got me a 91 Z28
Im not a fan of the hood either but it may just be the black on it. Then again Im one of those fools that like stock flat hoods. Other than the hood and tailpipes it looks very clean and a great find, look forward to seeing it with the new wheels.
By the way I have a fiberglass '83 Z28 hood sitting in my garage if you or anyone else is interested. Other than holes for hood pins its in excellent shape.
