Re: Got another 86 Iroc!!!
haha no my fiance was trying out the leather seats. Anyways so ive been working on smoothing out the rear bumper its almost there just have a little more to go but going to take a break from it and focus on smoothing the gas cap as some may have seen on my old iroc i smoothed it out used a magnetic clicker to "pop" the door open when I push on it the last one had a few kinks in it but this one should turn out alot better

That would be awesome, take your time though, no need to rush it.
Im still deciding whether or not I should shave them.....
you know because not having door handles can really cause you some problems
My car is originally manual windows and locks but the doors I am using off of my 91 are power but im not so sure how easy it will be to wire everything so It can be power.....

Back to work on her pulled the brake booster out which was kind of a p.i.a. as for the brake pedal how much needs to be removed just the pedal or the whole bracket its connected to im thinking the whole bracket but dont want to pull it out and have to put it back in.

Re: Got another 86 Iroc!!!
So minor issue wont have the new rims till sunday which until then the car will be on jack stands also im ditching the overhead console idea due to the more I think about it the more it seems like a huge pain to try and make it work instead ill be getting a mirror that has the temp/compass in it this will give it a cleaner look and still maintain a more modern feel for the interior. Ill be on the look out for an overhead console that i wont have to modify to fit next thing on my list is motor and trans!!!

my car has been put on back burner, with no heat in New england means not driving it. Im gonna rig up a heater box from my k10, make it fit. Once i have heat, ill put the shifter and glow gauges in. Oh and fix the starter so it actually turns on lol

If your talking about master/slave clutch setup im pretty sure you would go with the t56 one if thats what you are using. I bet if you searched the web for t56 master, you could find an article to be 100% sure

Re: Got another 86 Iroc!!!
No seats are staying the color they are as of now my interior consists of black(carpet, panels) dark gray(dash) gray(seats) light gray(sail panels, door panel cloth)
As for the stang good surprised its still running at 212xxx miles then again the trans had been built/replaced before we got it and ive replaced the entire cooling, ignition, and fuel system minus the injectors it made it from lincoln to northplatte(3hrs) and back on christmas things to do on it is pass side o2 sensor, front/rear bumper replaced and drivers side quarter panel(everything else is in primer) and replace convertible motor
Oh the ls i almost had one for 850 last week but the guy just sold it that morning so search is still on....
