I'm new to ThirdGen.. Anybody else with Sport Coupes? Lets see em!
Heres mine..
I still have to take more/better pics of her.. this was just something for now..
I wanna see everyone elses Sport Coupes, work you've had done, projects you plan to do, etc..
So far, I got a Flowmaster 80 series muffler, got the cat taken off & straight piped.. I plan on doing the ram air induction, getting her tuned up.. and restoring the interior.. the interior is pretty clean, but I want her to be perfect! I wanna keep her original.. I'll customize and put my own touch on my next Camaro
Oh and btw, I'm new here as you can see.. I'm Vada

My 84 SC:
Used to be a light blue V6, with pretty much no options.
I've since had it repainted, added the GFX, and has a 5.7 now. I've also added HID projectors, and LED tail lights.

between my father and I, we've had a bunch of third gen camaro's, but never a sport coupe. i love the looks of SC's and berlietta's, but they are so rare around where we live...

heres my 86, bought for $250 in the shape as in the first picture, dumped about $8 grand into it and have been into everything including changing out all the interior besides the dash and steering column, replacing the engine with another 2.8, and repainting it while adding the firebird spoiler and the iroc hood and z28 rims. as far as furture plans im building a 350 vortec for her.

kind of a shame, i love the look of the sport coupes, the three slits in the grill, the lack of ground effects. and the fact you can still have a sexy *** car, and still have decent fuel mileage, insurance rates, and that right pedal wont get you into trouble lol. the only problem is that 1.7l civic is going to smoke you

Re: I'm new to ThirdGen.. Anybody else with Sport Coupes? Lets see em!
Thanks guys!
The exhaust is just headers and 2.75" tube straight back to a single second hand flowmaster I got. I need to redo it, but it sounds okay.
Hood is the Sunoco hood from Hawks third gen parts.
Old interior shot (now has IROC wheel)
During the build before my serpentine setup
Almost ready to rock and rumble during the partial restomod
This was the day I installed my UMI sfcs... You can see the red bar under the car.
Older pic of the car, before I completely redid my suspension, engine, brakes, among the other stuff I did.
I love the sport coupes in this thread! I can't wait to see more. Without the GFX they can pull off the classic muscle look pretty well, and look extra clean.
