well here goes when i was 21 the car came to me as a college graduation gift from my father who had the car for 3 years when he got the car the wirring harness was melted and the old worn out 305 tpi had major bottom end issues lol and the t-5 needed a rebuilt so he installed a 400 sbc and 700r4 that he had and thats where i got the car
the first engine i built was a 350 bored .060 over and ballanced speed pro flat tops ballanced the rods within .5 of a gram ballanced the crank line honed the block installed rhs heads and installed a custom grind cam with 490 lift rolloer rockers rpm air gap intake and a holley 650 double pumper carb and rebuilt the t-5 5 speed and reinstalled the drive train and drove it for 2 years after buying an 83 gmc truck that needed a motor i took the motor from the camaro and installed it in the truck as then i purchased a mild built 427 and installed it in the camaro and has ben my on going prject ever since i got it 4 years ago and well here are a few pics what you dont see is the work im doing to the car over this winter season :P
wich includes a cowl hood and shaving the antenna and maybe paint the whole car if money allows it large cam and intake and rear end gears
