1000$ BowTie
I bought this camaro RS on June 2nd in Fl this year. 305 TBI woohoo right? Its a 1989 Camaro with an Iroc hood, and rimes. Its not in terrible shape Ive just shoved 2200$ into it within a couple weeks so that I could drive it up. The most expensive was having someone replace the gas tank because the previous owners are retards and need to be shot for cutting through the trunk to get to the sending unit and cutting the gas tank, then cutting the gasket so they dont have to pull everything all the way out and sticking it on.. They also cut the exhaust off at the cat for what ever reason and when I bought the car (lol) I knew that there was a spark plug unplugged when I looked under the hood and I used "Its running fairly ruff" to get them to drop it from 1500->100$
It also took me 3-4 hours per rim to clean the brake dust off with rubbing compound, and gas, and polish. It still needs alot of TLC. They ripped out the headliner and I dont have all of the interior plastic. They tore out the radio and Ive found a couple of spots where it leaks and needs new weather stripping. I had replaced all the struts, including the ones for the hoods and trunk (and yes the suspension). Took it in and had it timed because dear god, if you only knew and I didnt have a timing gun nor the funds for one. The horn on the steering wheel is missing and I was driving one night and the paper clip they had rigged lodged itself on perm so I tore it out. And the carpet is stained pretty horridly. Im finding every classic's nightmare ; rust. Gotta replace the trunk lip due to rust under the spoiler. Imagine that. I do have one plus to the car, with the rims it looks pretty good especially at night.
Oh did I mention that all of the previous owners were idiots? :P
(Still Uploading Pics will post when they are uploaded)

no description on whether its an rs, z28 or iroc, and what motor, i can see how you can spend 2200 within a few weeks i've spent roughly 4g's with in a year of owning my car. but you might of overpaid just because you didnt do some of the work yourself. if its at least a 305 tpi 1000 is a good deal, if its a v6 i owuld have passed.
