Oil pressure gauge help needed

I have a 92 z28 with ls1 t56 swap and a harness built by pocket. Everything works except the oil pressure gauge. It worked before the swap with the tpi 305. I manually checked the oil pressure with the ls1 and it has good pressure just the gauge reads zero. Any ideas?

Have you checked that the wiring is correct? It is a single wire from the oil pressure sensor to the gauge pod. Also verify you have good ground from gauge to chassis.

Yes the one wire connector is plugged into the sensor and i havent removed th gauges to disrupt anything there so im assuming nothing there has changed.

Assumptions don't get it solved. Check that the wire really does route to the correct connector at the dash.

IIRC, the gauge ranges from gnd to 5v, if you remove and ground the wire from the sensor (iirc) the needle will peg to high. Also, make sure the sensor is for the year and engine that was originally was in the car.
