Tell him you saw Jason's Camaro steering wheel and he'll give you a price. They are not cheap, but that level of quality never is. They are currently doing a complete interior for a 2010 Dodge Challenger we're building for SEMA.
They do incredible work, they used to do many of the interiors for Callaway. You car looks incredible, can't wait to see it finished!
Did you have those inserts made? I want to change my inserts from saying RONAL to something Pontiac based, either a Bird like the WS6 Center caps or something like it but I don't know where to get them made

Yes. I designed them and had Signarama print them in vinyl. The bow tie is die cut so it shows the yellow through it.

That turned out really cool. You've got a great eye for it man. I'm impressed with how well the theme was brought "indoors" tastefully, when using such an "in your face" color. Only thing that could have been better would have been using Recaros.

Thank you very much. My mentality on selecting parts has always been "how would GM do it?" and to use GM parts where ever I could. That's why I thought modified 4th Gen Camaro seats were a more modern adaptation of the modified 3rd Gen Camaro seats that GM did for it in 1991.
The key to doing such a wild color scheme is to do it tastefully in accents, not on every piece I could. All interior parts have been painted with either SEM Trim Black or SEM Color Coat gray to match OEM parts. I did the seats 4th gen gray on the sides with the neon yellow on the front face. Black leather on the steering wheel, shifter and parking brake with the neon yellow stitch. This works great on a 1991 because the dash emblem is a very similar color yellow along with the gauge cluster and all the button lettering. Everything in the interior is either gray, black or yellow. Everything on the exterior or engine compartment is white, purple, yellow or black. With very few exceptions.
I get that and, I still think it turned out amazing. I just was thinking about how the Recaro LSC is the quintessential 80's- 90's era performance seat, and the mesh optioned head rest would have fit perfectly into the car with as much retro touches you have going. Recaro being an option in Pontiac parts bin wouldn't have been too far off of thought that the factory could have done it.
Anyway, I'm blabbing when again we should continue drool over the car. If you have any blemished valve covers hanging around at work and not know what to do with them, get in touch with me...
