I'm running a 3" down pipe to a electronic cutout and a mufflex 4" exhaust. The 3" should be fine at my power level. When I upgrade I'll go bigger.

I already checked clearance on my car, a 4" pipe fits in there just fine as well. I'll be running mine nearly identical to yours.

I was going to try to run something bigger but all of its already tight. And I figured the turbo is only a 3" exhaust. I did a little bit today. Mostly cleanup and paint getting ready to put rearend back in and my exhaust back on. Also got my HVAC back together. post some more pics later

Little update... Sorry guys I work to much! I started on my fan bracket for my twin Derale Pushers. Made out of aluminum plate and bolted to the front side of the core support.

Also started mock up and my intercooler pipes. Got my BOV tig welded on. Also I started mounting and wiring my 2002 Z28 Cruise control unit under the driverside front.

Thanks man! Theres been a few updates. Hard to work on the car being out of town all the time.
I've done a lot more wiring for my electric fans and fuel pumps. I'm running 10 gauge to them. Also got a bung welded in for my Typhoon IAT sensor in my intake piping, The rest of my piping has been completed. Figured out I cant run a wonder bar due to the fact my turbo shoots downward.. damn it. Trying to figure out my slip yoke with my 4l80e that had a bolt on one. I'm gonna bite the bullet and yank my trans and put in the right output shaft just so I can have more spline contact. Kinda weirded out on running a yoke with counterbore and only having 2" Of spline contact. I also got my steering shaft built from a chevy astro van. Give me a bit and Ill post some pics. Also got all my feedlines to my turbo made and installed my stainless flexable radiator hoses.

Sorry guys, Hard to find the motivation to work on this due to work and family. But heres a update. Got all my intercooler pipes hooked up. Installed a power steering cooler. Got all my PS lines ran. Wiring wiring and more wiring!! Also decided to run methanol injection. I bought a small fuel cell to mount in my spare tire well. Had to build the bracket for that.
