LT1 Motor Mount Brackets

Hi I'm fairly new here and I just bought a 1994 LT1 and it doesn't seem to have motor mount brackets on the engine. Is something like this what I need? http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performan...oductId=752545
I already have the motor mounts that attach to the K-member.

Re: LT1 Motor Mount Brackets

you don't want to go with those - they are replacements for the rubber side of the mounts. i'd check around your local salvage yards or ebay, you can use the standard sbc engine side mounts

Use the stock mounts off your old motor, they bolt right up to the LT1. And I'd recommend replacing the mount bushing. I just ordered a pair of prothane mounts of a ebay for 50$ a pair

Look around the classified threads for people parting out 305's. Should be able to pick some up for cheap.

Bummer. Buy them back! I second the prothane mounts. Good stuff.
