LS-X Corvette oil pan ??
Collecting parts right now for my next build and have a couple of questions...
Will a LS Corvette pan fit if you have a tubular K-member? Could the stock K-member be modified (safely) to still utilize the corvette oil pan?

Which 'vette pan? The '05-'06 LS2 'vette pan should be easy. The earlier batwing pan should be avoided.

Because it pokes out to the sides right into the A-arm pockets
LS2 Corvette pans should fit the tubular K no problem. They are slightly deeper in the front so they dont clear the stock K-member very good. A notch is required for them on the stock K

Re: LS-X Corvette oil pan ??
I do not have it in my car yet, but my Bat Wing pan seems to clear both the Spohn and BMR K members, and A arms. I have had both K members mounted up to the motor.
The deal to watch out for with the C5 is the accessories are mounted .75" closer to the motor than the F car ones. This makes the AC compressor a problem with the Spohn, and some work to fit with the BMR.
The cross bar of the BMR is aft of where the Spohn is, but there is still some space so you can drain your 6 1/2 qts of oil from the Bat Wing.

Pocket beat me to it. Oh well.
I wasn't aware of Flip2's car. But I guess Pocket and I could be mistaken.

Well, the stock A arms would probably have trouble, but they would only work on the Spohn, not the BMR. The BMR needs their A arms.
The BMR K member is so compact, almost anything will fit ;-)
