Wiring question

I am almost done wiring my LT1 and only have 1 wire that needs to be connected to a switched power source. Where is the best location to connect this? Can I tap into the Purple wire going to the starter or is there a better wire under the dash to tap into?

Would the Yellow wire under the column work?

No, thats hot while cranking only

Pull off the IGN switch or fuseblock if you have to
