Clutch Anticipate Switch
can someone tell me how to wire the Clutch Anticipate Switch for an ls1 swap? I tried searching and didn't find a definate answer. I think I just match the grey wire from the pcm to the grey wire on the switch on the pedal and ground the black wire, but I am not sure, and there is also a pink wire that comes out of the switch. Thanks.

You dont need it. I dont have it hooked up and everything works fine. As I understand it this switch is an attempt to prevent the spitting and farting that LS1's do between shifts and it didnt really help. This is what i discovered when i was swapping and I was running third gen pedals anyways so i didnt bother with it. I dont notice anything odd or wrong it drives great

Thanks cam- if I don't need it to get it running then I'll not worry about it for now.

Yeah no biggie. I thought I was going to hook it up later but have since decided not to bother with it. i occasionally get a little fart or hiccup in the exhaust between shifts but its very rare and it drives aces.

Re: Clutch Anticipate Switch
It's a good thing to have setup especially if you're running NOS because you can adjust what it affects in HP tuners and have it cut nitrous between shifts as well as several other fun things. But it is not needed to make the engine run or the car to operate properly.
