Well, now the guy has sent me another message saying he doesn't do messages on eBay - interesting, I got that message from eBay. He also didn't leave his email address on the listing. Anyway, he said he filed an appeal with PayPal, and as far as he's concerned I'm a scam artist and a thief.
Then he left negative feedback saying I'm a scam artist and a thief.
Hmmm, who has been dishonest here? All I asked was for the part number, he didn't reply. When I told him he misrepresented what he had for sale, he said he didn't want to educate me on engines, but they're the same thing. When I provided evidence that they weren't and asked for him to pay for shipping back, he stopped responding. He lost the original dispute because he didn't respond to PayPal.
Oh, well, guess it'll all come out in the wash. In the meantime, I found a real LS6 manifold and have it in hand.
