OBD II 411 PCM With 700R4. Any Ideas?

OBD II 411 PCM With 700R4. Any Ideas?

Were doing the swap of a 411 01-02 PCM on my 89 Formula. All is together and ok, but the problems are MPH, Cruise and TCC Lockup. I have the 4L60E connector just hanging next to the tranny and have the VSS split into 2 halfs. One half to the PCM and the other half to the stock Yellow and purple wires coming out of the bulkhead. Does anybody know how to control this stuff? The TCC Connector isnt there anymore since its all taken care of by the 4L60E and I dunno what to do now lol.
