How to remove the top horizontal plastic part near window

Hi,
I want to change the Door Seal / Weatherstrip of doors.
I don't know how to remove the horizontal plastic part to be able to access screws under.
I don't see any screws, any option ... See picture to understand what part i 'm telling about ...

Thanks !!

Remove the armrest, electronics, lock switch, (there might be a stray screw or two in the bottom part of the door panel to remove) pry the door panel away from the door all around. Roll down your window. Slightly tilt the lower portion of the panel away from the door, push the top towards the window and slide upward. Door panel off, the plastic is removed from the backside.
