Steering column

Hey guys does anyone know how to tear down the column. I have a bolt out that causes the column to tilt to the right. Thanks

I don't have enough fingers, toes, and digits to count the number of threads on this topic as well.

I RED loctited mine in, I figured I was never going back in there... lol those bolts aren't coming out!

Re: Steering column

What you could do is swap to a 4th gen column, swap the intermediate steering shaft to one from an astro van and replace the wiper switch with the one from the 3rd gen column. The reason I suggest this is that the newer shafts are better pieces. Especially the astro shaft cause it does not have rag joints and is not as fat and bulbous. It also looks better too.
