Re: firebird camaro compatable
Long answer is EVERYTHING goes between both EXCEPT the dashboard (need to cut the side brackets somehow on the Camaro) and if the Bird has the deluxe "GTA" door panels (need to swap a couple of brackets over). And of course if one is a t-top and the other is a hardtop, then the headliner and pillar trims don't swap, obviously.

Re: firebird camaro compatable
I'm doing the same thing u are but opposite I'm putting camaro center console in a firebird (along with other parts) so I've seen the way both are side by side..the firebirds dash is cut alil differently pending year range...my 91 firebird has 2 pieces, one that holds the ac and radio that is angled up some then the bottom piece kinda slides under...where the camaro is one sold piece with no angles...the bolts holding them down are the same but there are bolts holding the top part up off the bottom maybe just a inch or so...nothing big...now with that said i think if u cut alil on the camaro(maybe) to make alil room cause the firebird console is alil deeper then the camaro where it meets the dash and snag the brackets on the firebird holding the top part up and rig them up or make a braket holding the top up would some what solve that...but bolts line up just have the problem with the top...id love to see how it turns out
