Dying headliner and seat belts

Hey guys, I recently bought a set of black seat belts and headliner from a 92 camaro, they are original so they are 20 years old and faded. The seat belts are kind of blueish now and the headliner kind of grey. Has anybody dyed these successfully and had it not rub off? The headliner wouldn't be that big of a deal, but the seat belts would... Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

it fabric, so im sure a good fabric dye would make it look new. people have done seats which get more wear and tear than seat belts.
