Carpet questions
I need to replace the carpet in my 83 TA. It originally had a blue interior but was converted to tan by the previous owner (my brother). I want to keep it tan. He used Lt. Saddle color carpet about 5 years ago but it has faded to nearly white under the hatch already and the glue is failing too. I just did the door panels and I couldn't find Lt Saddle, only Sandstone. I like the Sandstone (a little darker tan than the Lt Saddle), as it matches my fourth gen leather seats better. Now, all I can find is Lt saddle for the carpet and not Sandstone. My questions are 1)Is there such a thing as Sandstone carpet that will match my new door panels and 2)What is a good source for carpet that will last like the original and not fade in a few years?
Any help is appreciated!

Re: Carpet questions
There are a LOT of tan colors available from ACC... the names may be different from every vendor that lists them though, so it's hard to go by. Your best bet is to check acc's website to see what colors (by their name) are close, then have a retailer send you some samples in order for you to ensure the best match to your existing stuff.

Re: Carpet questions
some people (myself included on my Droid) have had issues with the page on phones due to some of the java scripts that are run on the page. something that's being looked into, but it's going to be some time before its optimized for mobile viewing. sorry for the inconvenience!
