steering wheel wobble
Hi guys.
My steering wheel slightly wobbles from 7:00 oclock to 2:00 (if that makes sense)
I remember years ago before i did my own work that my mechanic tightened up some bolts inside the wheel, and that helped out a lot, but it's been wobbling again now.
What bolts might he have tightened, and could these be the issue again??

Re: steering wheel wobble
Are you referring to the wobble being at the tilt part? If so, check out.....

If not & your just talking about turning left & right but the wheels not turning, look at your rag joint.....

Re: steering wheel wobble
Mine has only ONE of the bolts still in place & only in by 2 or 3 turns! He said he was surprised it was still together. Had that last bolt come out, the steering wheel woulda turned 360 degrees & had ZERO effect on the wheels turns. Possibly a serious safety issue if doesn't get fixed.
