camaro dashboard and ceiling interior
My dash is shaking really bad on my 88' camaro i dont want it to crack. everytime i tried tightning it, it will still shake what should i do?
My ceiling cloth is falling down near my back seats is there anyway to fix that?

Car: 86 Iroc + 83 Firebird

You could possibly get a can of upholstery adhesive from your local auto parts store, (roughly $10) its better to remove it, then spray it on. works pretty good from what i've heard.

Once the headliner sags the only option is to remove the material and glue new material in it's place, or to replace the headliner. When it sags, the cloth is separating from the foam backing, which has deteriorated. This can't be fixed, because the fabric itself is way too thin to be able to glue it without the glue showing through the fabric, plus with the foam behind it all deteriorated, it's got nothing to glue to. It's like trying to glue water.
But, replacement fabric is cheap, and if it's a hard-top car, recovering the headliner is extremely easy. If it's a t-top car, it's much more challenging, and usually something that I don't recommend unless you're experienced with that sort of thing,or you are willing to settle for a substandard appearance.
