Getting new seats :P

Picking up a pair of these tomorrow
They look to be TOP notch (And the price that goes with it) I am getting new ones but unfortunately they are grayish in color which wont work with my plans so I am going to pull the Italian leather and dye (Black) it with a leather dye. The seats i am getting also have the cloth in the middle of the back and seat area, its also gray SOOOOO I want to do is find the center section for these.
And sew them onto the insert section of the seat... Think it will look pretty bitchen with a Hugger orange exterior and black interior.

By the way, anyone know where can find such fabric?
I saw some seats like this at my local junk yard but they were a little worse for wear (Sitting in a pick your part, what do you expect) if worse comes to worse maybe that fabric can be recovered?

Questions:
1. Where'd you get them at?
2. How much for both?
3. Do they recline forward and back just like originals?
4. Seat tracks?
5. Is the width OK?

1. I'll be picking them up tomorrow and I'll tell all after I get them.
2. They are $700 each
3. They fully recline
4. Seat tracks are $150 each
5. Total outside dims are L 23" W 19" H 34"

These should fit PERFECTLY (at least they will then I am done willing to weld) For reference the Scat/Procar seats everyone says are too tall (But fit) are L 22" W 18" H 36 1/2" I don't foresee a problem in the width (pretty much the same *** room as the procars) and third gens have PLENTY of leg room, especially when the rear seats are gone. As far as the height goes, thats experimental people say the procars rub the liner and these are 2 1/2" shorter so that should be a problem. I want them as low as possible though so I may have to modify the brackets, well see.

Please tell me you are paying $700 for 2 seats and not $1400 for 2 seats. Those are some sweet seats. jegs and summit sells black vinyl that looks similar for $200 each.

Ok, here they are...

I Have not had a chance to get the brackets done yet so they are just sitting there, they do have brackets but they are for an 89-92 chevy truck.
Name: Picture005.jpg

Size: 100.2 KBThat should answer dudes question about how far they recline.

I saw this add on craigslist, paid $380 for them BRAND SPANKING NEW IN THE BOX. I told the guy I felt bad when he told me he spent $1700 on them with the brackets, his reply was "I sold the truck they were going in and they were just sitting there"
He said he also had them reinforce all the bolsters...

They are made by www.Cerullo.com Aperently these guys also make the seats for the new "Shelby GT 500 KR" though why you would pay $150K for a nice pair of seats is beyond me :P

Oh yea, they are VERY comfortable... I will have to see how they fell one they are bolted, but just sitting in it where its at felt awesome.

I cant find that fabric anywhere, on top of which it looks like its not going to fit... The letters are too long so I am thinking of getting some Hugger Orange fabric and having them embroidered.

To be perfectly honest, I would send them to an upholstery shop to be recovered. Usually a few hundred bucks will get most of what you want done. They do look nice! Do they recline with a handle or do you have to turn that **** to recline them? (I noticed it looks like it has both.)
