To those that purchased the repro door panels??

I'm concerned with the door panels...how did the vinyl color match up to the rest of the interior plastic, or even the original door panel? Was the shade off?

Particularly 85-92 Medium Dark Gray Interior color?

Thanks!

I have purchased the repro door panels, but I can't answer your question because I changed colors from navy blue to charcoal.

Re: To those that purchased the repro door panels??

I recently re-did both Door Panels on my 85 Trans Am at a local Interior shop, Toms Auto Upholstery in Butler NJ. The Repros I saw were different and was not happy with the way they looked, did not look like original to me.
I already had the OEM GM Material for doors panels already and a extra set of door panels.

After the Panels were removed, the cardboard backings were shot on both sides. Turned out to be a complete redo of both sides. Took almost 2 months before I got them back sonce the shop is busy in the summer.

After done, cost wise was around the $900 mark, but they came out awesome!!

Man those do look good, where did you get the grey vinyl material at? You said it was GM vinyl.

The Grey is not vinyl, but grey cloth from SMS Fabrics
