they make spray on fabric dye or paint whatever you want to call it, get it in black and spray away, its easy, cheap and will look new, seen one that was done like that and it looked real good...

yes , i used the dupli-color fabric spray . mine is the one the previous entry saw . just make sure its clean , soap free , & dry . i used 2 cans on mine . good luck .

o.k. , its just like an old fashion window shade . un-roll it all the way , lay out flat , ( i had a wooden floor util. trailer with gaps between the 1x6s ) clean , i used liquid laundry soap in a hand spray bottle and a med. soft brush , rinse , scrub & rinse several times with out soap . make sure all soap residue is gone . hang up and dry . make sure it is very dry , then spray . worked for me . good luck .
