Re: turn signal and hazard switch

The hazard is part of the turn signal switch (inside the column, not the multi-function lever). I just replaced mine a few weeks ago and the hardest part was actually feeding the wires down the column. I don't have much mechanic experience and I was able to do it.

Here's my thread on it, sorry I deleted the pics.

Oh okay, yours is not broken, you're changing it for looks? In that case, the new turnsignal switch does not come with a new ****, I had to reuse my old one. I haven't replaced the multifunction lever so I'm not sure about it. I heard you turn it clockwise (toward the seat) and pull out, but like the switch, feeding the wire down the column is the hardest part.

Re: turn signal and hazard switch

The hazard **** just has a tiny philips head screw in the center of it. That's all that holds it on.
